The Society is registered as a public Charitable Trust u/s 12AA of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (India). Accounts of the Society are audited every year by a Chartered Accountants’ firm. Donations to the Society will be eligible for tax exemption U/s 80G(5)(vi) of the IT Act, 1961.

The Society is also approved for receiving grants and undertaking CSR activities vide Registration No CSR0041663 dated 25 Nov 2022.

Donations may be sent by Bank Transfer i.e. NEFT/RTGS etc. Cheques/Bank Drafts may be drawn in favour of ‘Society For Professional Ethics and Management’. The Account details are :
