The Trust exists solely for philanthropic purpose. The main object of the Trust is :

• to create awareness on Professional Ethics and Values based management,
• to encourage ethical decisions and actions for the benefit and wellbeing of all mankind, societies, animals and environment and for sustainable development,
• to facilitate academic and training programs in association with leading academic institutions, industries, other organizations and experts to educate and train young professionals and students to become responsible citizens of India and the world,
• to benchmark good practices of management in industries and other organisations and give wide publicity for others to follow,
• to strive for elimination of bad practices such as undue exploitation of nature, affecting sustainability, environmental pollution, exploitation of women and children (child labour in particular) and the like, and
• to take all other actions in matters and deeds that are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the objects of the Trust
